why lower case

writing in lower case is a reflection of who i am. i have a marketing background and also used to be a ghost writer for the dean of the stanford university school of humanities and sciences. i know how to write incredibly formally. and that’s needed often.

however, i often find that smart individuals block their thinking and their communication because they’re so focused on how to say something the ‘right way’ that they get stuck figuring out what it is they want to say.

in my coaching, i want to connect with people as humans first. my goal is to create a safe space, one built where you can come as you are. let’s focus on flavor, we’ll get to the pretty plating later.
